1. Returns

  • We want your shopping experience at Yeppe to be the absolute best! We hope you love each item you receive but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. Please see our simple returns policy below. If you have any questions, please contact us.
  • 2. Return Information

  • An item is only eligible for return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing. If items are in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense or Yeppe , at its sole discretion, may charge a restocking fee. Please include a copy of the invoice/packing slip sent to you at the time of delivery along with a note on why the merchandise is being returned. Holiday items are non returnable and non refundable within 14 days of the upcoming holiday, unless damaged which must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order. Damaged items MUST be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods. Customized apparel is nonreturnable. Clearance items are final sale. Original Shipping is not refundable. Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit. Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued. We do not do exchanges, so if you’d like to order a different size, color or product, please return for a store credit and then place a new order online. Items returned in poor condition or outside of the RMA approval window may be deemed non-refundable or assessed a 20% restocking fee, as per store policies.
  • 3. Lost, Stolen and Damaged Items

  • Yeppe is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and recommend you send it back using an insured courier. We highly recommend you make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records and possible for our reference.
  • 4. Original Payment

  • Yeppe will refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
  • 5. NOTE:

  • We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns, exchanges or any delivery of any sort. Also, we don’t refund original shipping and handling charges.
  • How do I change or cancel my order? We all want our orders to arrive as quickly as possible, for this reason, we are unable to change or edit an order after it has been submitted. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 3 hours after making your purchase. We are open Monday-Thursday from 9:00 AM-3:00 pm IST and Friday 9:00AM-12PM IST. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel you order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you. How do I know if my order was placed? Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

  • Shipping

    1. What are the delivery charges?

  • Delivery charge varies based on the order value and delivery location.
  • A nominal delivery charge may be applied to low-value items to offset logistics costs. Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products.
  • For orders below Rs 500, a delivery charge of Rs 40 per item may be applied. Orders of Rs 500 or above are delivered free.
  • 2. Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

  • It is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
  • 3. What is the estimated delivery time?

  • We procure and ship items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
  • Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
    1. 1. Product’s availability
    2. 2. The destination to which you want the order shipped to
  • At times, we may not be able to ship to certain locations.
  • 4. Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?

  • Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
  • Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.
  • 5. I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

  • Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.
  • Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item through our logistics partners. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by us.
  • I did not receive my order but got a delivery confirmation SMS/Email.
  • In case the item is not received, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for us to investigate.
  • 6. What do the different tags like “In Stock”, “Available” mean?

  • ‘In Stock’: For items listed as “In Stock”, we mention the delivery time based on your location pincode (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
  • ‘Available’: We may not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed for the item. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location.
